Andpad makes ANDPAD, a cloud project-management app for construction and renovation work that links builders, site managers and subcontractors. The company was founded in 2012 by Takeo Inada (as Oct) and launched ANDPAD in 2016. It sells the software by subscription to construction firms. Its September 2022 Series D of about ¥12.2B, including loans and led by Minerva Growth Partners, took cumulative funding to about ¥20.9B.
