Overview
Mujin makes intelligent robot controllers and MujinOS, a digital-twin platform that runs robots, AGVs and storage systems across a factory or warehouse without hand-teaching each motion. Customers are manufacturers and logistics operators such as Sango, TEPCO Logistics and Nippon Unyu; it sells products like palletisers and AGVs plus integration and consulting. More than 1,500 MujinAGVs run in Japanese plants. Its December 2025 Series D first close (¥20.9B equity plus ¥15.5B debt, co-led by NTT and the Qatar Investment Authority) was Japan's largest startup raise of 2025 and lifted its valuation above ¥150B.
